These terms explain what you can expect from Ever Yours and what we ask of you in return. We have kept them as short and plain as we can.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Ever Yours, a service run by MMH Systems Development Ltd in Cyprus. By creating an account or buying a package you accept them. Guests who visit a wedding page only need to follow the acceptable use rules in section 6.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or over and give accurate details.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Each package covers one wedding page.
3. Packages and payment
Prices are shown in euros on our pricing page and are paid once, with no subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Upgrades: you can move to a higher package at any time and pay only the difference.
- Custom domain: available as a €18 add-on, or included for the first year with Premium. Domains are registered for one year at a time, and we will contact you before renewal.
- Fair use: features marked unlimited or full access have generous fair-use limits (currently up to 2000 photos, 500 invitation emails a day and 300 AI credits), so the service stays fast for everyone.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Under EU law you would normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. Your dashboard opens as soon as you pay, so when you check out you ask us to start straight away and accept that the right to cancel ends once the service has been provided.
If something isn’t right, tell us and we will do our best to put it right, including a refund where it is fair. This does not affect your legal rights if the service is faulty.
5. Your content
Your words and photos remain yours. You give us permission to store, display and process them only to run your page and deliver the service, and this permission ends when you delete them.
Only upload content you have the right to share. Make sure the people in your photos and on your guest list would be happy for their details to appear on your page and to receive your invitations.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not use Ever Yours to:
- post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
- send invitations to people you don’t know, or any form of spam;
- try to access other couples’ pages or accounts, or disrupt the service;
- resell the service or create pages for purposes other than a celebration.
We may remove content or suspend a page that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you first and explain why.
If you share photos or videos as a guest
- Share only photos and videos you took or have the right to share, and never ones of someone who has asked not to be photographed, filmed or shared.
- Your photos and videos stay yours. You allow the couple, and us on their behalf, to store and show them only to run their page and album. We never use them to promote Ever Yours.
- The couple chooses which photos and videos appear and can remove any of them. To have yours removed, ask the couple, or us through our contact form. Copies the couple has already downloaded are theirs to keep.
7. AI features
AI-written text, captions and artwork are suggestions. They can contain mistakes, so please review them before you publish. Do not ask the AI to create content that breaks section 6.
8. Availability
Wedding pages are event sites. Event sites are temporary, and a site may close at any time after the event. Guests’ RSVPs and your invitation list are deleted 12 months after the wedding, as our Privacy Policy explains, so download anything you want to keep.
Until then we work hard to keep your page online, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance. If we ever need to close the service, we will give at least 60 days’ notice by email so you can save your photos and RSVPs.
9. Ending your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
10. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country’s consumer law and may bring a claim in its courts.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms, and will email you about any significant change at least 30 days before it applies. Questions? Use our contact form.
